Volleyball Recap: Palmer Takes a Loss

Palmer was the 1-0 winner over Grace Christian when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Moose fell just short of the Grizzlies by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. The Moose have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leila Petersen paced Palmer's offense, picking up four kills. Petersen got some help from Samantha Thomas and her nine assists. Audrey Cahill controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Palmer's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Grace Christian, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Palmer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Eagle River on the 23rd. As for Grace Christian, they will square off against Redington at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
