While Woodland put up plenty of runs on Friday, the same can't be said for R.A. Long. The Beavers put the hurt on the Lumberjacks with a sharp 15-0 win. Considering the Beavers have won ten games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Addi Christensen was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ainsleigh Utter, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Another player making a difference was Emma Barrow, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Woodland kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. They are 8-1 when they post 11 or more hits.

Woodland's record is now 11-7. As for R.A. Long, their record now sits at 6-11-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodland will host Hockinson at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Beavers are facing the Hawks at the right time seeing as the Hawks are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for R.A. Long, they will be playing at home against Mark Morris at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Monarchs will roll in looking for their 19th straight victory, something the Lumberjacks surely won't give up without a fight.
