Basketball Recap: Bedford Takes a Loss

Bedford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 63-52 to the Cambridge Rindge & Latin Falcons. While losing is never fun, the Buccaneers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 245th, while the Falcons are ranked 45th).

Bedford's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Cambridge Rindge & Latin, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Bedford will face off against Boston Latin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cambridge Rindge & Latin, they will be playing at home against Lynn English at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Lynn English's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last nine contests.
