Basketball Game Preview: Pinecrest Glades Academy Dragons vs. Cushman Cougars

The Pinecrest Glades Academy Dragons will venture away from home to challenge the Cushman Cougars at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Wednesday, Pinecrest Glades Academy came up short against Mater Brickell Academy and fell 63-50.

Kevin Hernandez put forth a good effort for the losing side as he dropped a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Sierra, who posted 12 points.

Meanwhile, Cushman also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Elite Academy by a score of 56-46. The loss put an end to the Cougars' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cushman fell to 2-1. As for Pinecrest Glades Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Pinecrest Glades Academy suffered a grim 54-34 defeat to Cushman in their previous meeting back in January. Can the Dragons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
