Preview: MCC Crescents vs. Northtown Pumas
MCC has been on the road for 16 straight, but on Thursday they'll finally head home. Having just played yesterday, they will get right back to it and host the Northtown Pumas at 6:30 p.m. on February 8th. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both teams will really light up the scoreboard.
In what's become a running theme this season, MCC gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 63-37 margin over Mooseheart.
Meanwhile, Northtown's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their fifth straight defeat. They fell 68-61 to Mather.
MCC is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season. As for Northtown, they dropped their record down to 3-15 with that loss, which was their seventh straight on the road.
