After losing to Buford the last time they met, Cheraw decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Cheraw came out on top against Buford by a score of 3-0 on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for the Braves as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Cheraw saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Michael, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Michael is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last five games he's played.

Cheraw pushed their record up to 8-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Buford, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-2.

Coming up, Buford will host Parkwood at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Cheraw will be paying especially close attention to Buford's match: after Buford faces off against Parkwood, they'll take on Cheraw again at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
