Softball Recap: Vista Takes a Loss

Vista lost against San Dieguito Academy back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 8-7. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Vista's record is now 5-12. As for San Dieguito Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5-1 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vista will host Oceanside at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Pirates will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for San Dieguito Academy, they will face off against Coronado at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
