Collinsville extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Anna Appelberg. The Collinsville Cardinals walked away with a 48-40 win over the Edison Eagles on Saturday thanks in part to Appelberg, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 11 rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down nine or more in the last three games she's played.

Collinsville now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Edison, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-10.
