Pisgah kept a clean sheet against Erwin on Friday. They beat the Warriors by a goal, winning 1-0. Pisgah wouldn't have won without Kylee Mesimer, who scored the game-winner.

Pisgah was without their leading scorer, Delaney Pifer, in Friday's game. With Pifer sidelined, Pisgah had to make some changes to the lineup. Mollie Miller played for 80 minutes having averaged 55 this season and Logan Smith got 80 vs. an average of 51.

The win got Pisgah back to even at 2-2-1. As for Erwin, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pisgah will take on Franklin at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Pisgah will be up against Franklin's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.8 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Erwin, they will challenge A.C. Reynolds at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
