Basketball Game Preview: Chattooga Indians vs. Gordon Central Warriors

The Chattooga Indians will challenge the Gordon Central Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chattooga is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games.

On Friday, Chattooga made easy work of Gordon Lee and carried off a 61-39 victory. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Gordon Central didn't have quite enough to beat Dade County on Friday and fell 33-31. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chattooga pushed their record up to 12-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.8 points per game. As for Gordon Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.

Chattooga was able to grind out a solid victory over Gordon Central in their previous matchup back in November of 2023, winning 51-42. Does Chattooga have another victory up their sleeve, or will Gordon Central turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
