Soccer Game Preview: Lake Creek vs. A&M Consolidated

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Lake Creek duke it out with the A&M Consolidated at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday... Lake Creek is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season.

Lake Creek will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal on Thursday, then bounced right back against Huntsville on Friday. Lake Creek had just enough and edged Huntsville out 5-4. It was an even better day for Brantley Robbins as he scored three goals for his team.

Meanwhile, A&M Consolidated won against Willis two weeks ago with three goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Friday. A&M Consolidated walked away with a 3-1 victory over Rudder. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

A&M Consolidated is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which somehow still isn't as good as their 5-1-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those four matches. As for Lake Creek, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
