South Central won the last time they faced Meade and things went their way on Saturday too. The Timberwolves narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Buffaloes 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Timberwolves.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was South Central who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 18-25, 25-14.

South Central's victory bumped their record up to 19-17. As for Meade, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 19-17.
