With a playoff game on the line, Provo rose to the challenge on Friday. They came out on top against the Jordan Beetdiggers by a score of 3-1. The win was nothing new for Provo as they're now sitting on three straight.
Something new happened on Friday as Jason Benitez saw his first action of the season, playing 60 minutes against Provo. Benitez made the most of the opportunity, scoring a goal. A few more games like that and he might be seeing even more time going forward.
Provo now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Jordan, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.
Provo will square off against Green Canyon at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Jordan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
