Uncertainty clouded the East Lincoln (Denver, N.C.) football program when 2015-16 MaxPreps National Male Athlete of the Year finalist Sage Surratt transferred to rival Lincolnton this summer.

Enter two-star senior Cameron Dollar to silence the doubters (not to be confused with this Cameron Dollar).

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound receiver had a game for the ages this past Friday night, hauling in seven receiving touchdowns in the first half.

Good enough for a national record, according to the Charlotte Observer.

The Charlotte commit ended the night with nine catches for 299 receiving yards to lift the Mustangs to a 69-0 shellacking of Christ The King.

Dollar posted 1,043 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns last season in helping East Lincoln reach the North Carolina Class 2AA state semifinals.

Also a basketball standout, Dollar averaged 13 points, seven rebounds and five assists per game in helping the Mustangs reach the Class 2A state championship game.
