Volleyball Recap: Golden Valley Comes Up Short

Golden Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Canyon Cowboys. The Grizzlies were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cowboys from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Golden Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Canyon, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Golden Valley will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Highland at 4:30 p.m. As for Canyon, they will head out on the road to square off against Paraclete at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
