Elbert had to hit the road for their first game and sadly it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They suffered a rough 15-5 loss at the hands of the Dolores Huerta Prep Scorpions on Friday. The final score was a far cry from the score of their previous head-to-head, which saw the teams combine for one run.

Matthew Dooley was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

On Dolores Huerta Prep's side, Cameron Stringfellow made a big impact no matter where he played.
