Softball Recap: Louisville Has No Trouble Against Greenwood

Louisville got themselves on the board against Greenwood on Friday, but Greenwood never followed suit. They blew past the Bulldogs 12-0. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won ten games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Louisville's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 11-8-1. As for Greenwood, they dropped their record down to 10-6-1 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Louisville will host Columbus at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Greenwood, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Houston at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
