Poly has gone a perfect 4-0 against Carver Vo-Tech recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The two teams will compete for holiday cheer at 5:15 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Friday, Poly was fully in charge, breezing past Kenwood 65-37. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Engineers.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Carver Vo-Tech beat Dulaney 40-35 on Friday.

Poly better focus on containing Tyjuan Savage and Mario Glenn as the pair were huge in Carver Vo-Tech's win. Savage shot 46% from the field en route to 16 points and five assists, while Glenn went 6-for-13 to rack up 15 points and six boards. Those 15 points gave Glenn a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Wayne Wheeler, who posted no points along with nine rebounds and five blocks.

Poly's record is now 2-0. As for Carver Vo-Tech, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Poly skirted past Carver Vo-Tech 52-50 in their previous matchup back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Engineers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
