Football Recap: Memphis Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Memphis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by the Dryden Cardinals 56-19. The Yellowjackets lost against the Cardinals in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 60-52 score last time.

Memphis' defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Dryden, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Memphis will square off against Bad Axe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Yellowjackets will be up against the Hatchets' rather soft defense (which has allowed 40.25 points per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Dryden, they will take on Capac at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
