Volleyball Recap: Crest Beats Southeast for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Crest had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They came out on top against Southeast by a score of 2-0. Crest was shut out 2-0 the last time they took on Southeast, so Crest was just returning the favor.

Crest not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Southeast between 20 and 21 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-21.

Despite the loss, Southeast saw an underclassman step up: freshman Addy Ulepich had ten digs.

Crest's victory bumped their record up to 14-15. As for Southeast, they dropped their record down to 8-22-1 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Crest and Southeast will both be playing Marmaton Valley the next time they take the court. Crest will head out to face Marmaton Valley on Tuesday, while Southeast will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
