Volleyball Recap: Castle View Find Success

The Castle View Sabercats beat the Village Mountaineers 2-0 on Friday.

Castle View's offense was headlined by Tabbetha Krupa and Kaiya Gilbert, who picked up five kills apiece. Gilbert really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with ten. Camryn Guevara controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

The win got Castle View back to even at 2-2. As for Village, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Castle View wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Fruita Monument on the 30th. As for Village, they have also already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Cherokee Trail on the 30th.
