Football Game Preview: Greater Lawrence Tech Reggies vs. Norton Lancers

The Greater Lawrence Tech Reggies will head out to take on the Norton Lancers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Greater Lawrence Tech will be strutting in after a victory while Norton will be coming in after a defeat.

Greater Lawrence Tech will bounce into Friday's contest after beating Salem, who they had gone 0-4 against in their four prior meetings. The Reggies enjoyed a cozy 35-20 win over the Witches on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Reggies.

Meanwhile, Norton lost to Pembroke at home by a 46-28 margin on Friday. The Lancers gained 85 more yards on the day, but it was the Titans that made the best use of them.

Greater Lawrence Tech will have to contain Jacoby Flynn as he made an impact in Norton's last game. He threw for 144 yards and a pair of TDs, and also picked up 45 receiving yards and one touchdown. Another player making a difference was Dj Compagnone, who rushed for 44 yards.

This is the second loss in a row for Norton and nudges their season record down to 1-2. As for Greater Lawrence Tech, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
