Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cinco Ranch). They were the clear victors by a 17-2 margin over the Morton Ranch Mavericks on Tuesday. The Cougars not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 5, 2024.

Cinco Ranch is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. Morton Ranch dropped their record down to 5-10 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Coincidentally, Cinco Ranch and Morton Ranch will both be playing Seven Lakes the next time they take the field. Morton Ranch will head out to face Seven Lakes at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, while Cinco Ranch will head out to face them at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
