Softball Recap: Pleasant Hill Wolves vs. Liberty Eagles
While Pleasant Hill's win against Liberty wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wolves sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Eagles on Monday. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Ava Wombles made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out ten over seven innings pitched.
