Layton Pewitt posted a new career-high in runs on Friday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Coming up, Pewitt and Ensworth are taking a road trip to face off against Waverly Central at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
