Volleyball Recap: Anamosa Takes a Loss

Anamosa was the 2-0 winner over Hempstead when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Raiders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustangs on Saturday.

Anamosa's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Hempstead, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Anamosa has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Central DeWitt on the 6th. As for Hempstead, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Bellevue on the 6th.
