Baseball Recap: Wyandotte Takes a Loss

Wyandotte blew Vinita out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday Vinita got their revenge. The Bears fell just short of the Hornets by a score of 4-2. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Bears couldn't push the score so high this time.

Wyandotte's loss dropped their record down to 21-10. As for Vinita, they moved to 4-16 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Wyandotte wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 4-0 defeat against Kansas on the 26th. As for Vinita, they will face off against Poteau at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
