Baseball Recap: Black Hills Takes a Loss

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Black Hills and Tumwater had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Wolves lost 11-2 to the Thunderbirds on Thursday. The Wolves haven't had much luck with the Thunderbirds recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Black Hills saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jesse Keith, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Black Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Tumwater, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Black Hills wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 7-1 loss against WF West on the 15th. As for Tumwater, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Aberdeen on the 15th.
