Basketball Recap: Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy Extends Winning Streak to Four

Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy extended their winning streak to four on Saturday, bumping them up to 4-0. They were the clear victors by a 60-35 margin over the Georgia-Cumberland Academy Jaguars. Fans of Greater Atlanta Adventist Academy have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Having lost for the first time this season, Georgia-Cumberland Academy fell to 2-1. The loss put an end to their undefeated start to the season.

Georgia-Cumberland Academy's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ella Reese, who posted four points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Reese is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.
