The Columbia River Rapids will venture away from home to challenge the R.A. Long Lumberjacks at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Columbia River has given up an average of 9.6 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Haley Corona and Emily Hull stepped up to the plate in a big way. Corona went 2-for-4 with two runs and one triple, while Hull went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases and two RBI. Brooklyn Vickery also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 14 runs the game before, R.A. Long was a bit more limited in their game last Friday. They came up short against Kelso, falling 11-0. The loss continues a trend for the Lumberjacks in their meetings with the Hilanders: they've now lost nine in a row.
