Basketball Recap: Clackamas Skates Past Glencoe with Ease

Clackamas put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 89-48 win over the Glencoe Crimson Tide.

Several Crimson Tide players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Terrence Townsend, who went 6 of 11 on his way to 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Andrew Darrington, who posted eight points and five rebounds.

Clackamas' victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-0. As for Glencoe, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Clackamas will host West Salem at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Clackamas' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Glencoe, they will welcome Beaverton at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
