Basketball Recap: Caverna Comes Up Short

Caverna was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 60-17 loss at the hands of the Warren Central Dragons.

Caverna's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11-2. As for Warren Central, the win snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 3-14-1 record.

Looking ahead, Caverna will face off against Somerset Christian at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Warren Central, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Glasgow at 6:00 a.m. The Dragons will be up against the Scotties' rather soft defense (which has allowed 58.44 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
