Bedford North Lawrence barely beat Borden the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Stars were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Braves on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Stars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

While Bedford North Lawrence won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-23, 25-18.

Bedford North Lawrence has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. As for Borden, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coming up, Bedford North Lawrence will square off against Edgewood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Borden, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Crothersville on the 22nd.
