Meanwhile, Dana Hills hadn't done well against Trabuco Hills recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. Dana Hills walked away with a 48-41 victory over Trabuco Hills.

Dana Hills' win bumped their record up to 7-12. As for San Juan Hills, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6.

San Juan Hills might still be hurting after the 86-60 loss they got from Dana Hills in their previous meeting back in December of 2022. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Dana Hills' Collin Haugh, who went 11 of 16 on his way to 41 points in addition to six rebounds and five assists. Now that San Juan Hills knows the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
