Football Recap: Stringer Starts Season with Win Against Enterprise + How To Watch

Stringer gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They came out on top against the Enterprise Bulldogs by a score of 34-22. For the Red Devils, this counts as revenge for the 49-14 win the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2022.

Jaheim Campbell was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 176 yards and five scores. Those five rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Stringer was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 280 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 153 rushing yards in ten consecutive games dating back to last season.

Enterprise lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Jake Goodin, who rushed for 93 yards and one touchdown on only eight carries, and also picked up 63 receiving yards and one TD.incredibly, Goodin got all that yardage with just one huge grab

Stringer will face off against Clarkdale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Enterprise, they will square off against Southeast Lauderdale at 9:00 p.m. on Friday.
