River View has gone a perfect 10-0 against Maysville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Black Bears will take on the Panthers in a tournament on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

River View is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Miami Trace just ended the team's eight-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-1.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, River View sadly wound up on the wrong side. The final score came out to 25-21, 22-25, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Maysville lost 3-0 to Sheridan on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-13, 25-12.

River View's defeat dropped their record down to 18-4. As for Maysville, their loss dropped their record down to 1-20.

River View took their victory against Maysville when the teams last played back in August by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Black Bears repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
