Football Recap: Hamilton County Takes a Loss

Hamilton County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 44-6 defeat at the hands of the Johnston City Indians. The contest marked the Foxes' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Dallas Benbrook threw for 31 yards and one touchdown. Cameron Milligan was his top target, picking up 27 receiving yards and one score. On the ground, Dylan Wilkerson rushed for 49 yards.

Hamilton County's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Johnston City, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0.

Hamilton County has already played their next game, a 39-23 defeat against Flora on the 17th. As for Johnston City, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 30-0 win against Red Hill on the 18th.
