Gabrielino came tearing into Friday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Rosemead Panthers with a sharp 3-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Panthers back in March, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

One reason for the win was Gabrielino's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-21, 25-18.

Gabrielino's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-11. As for Rosemead, with the defeat, they broke their nine-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-3.

Gabrielino wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Marshall on the 21st. Rosemead does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
