Basketball Recap: Burton Adventist Academy Comes Up Short

Burton Adventist Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Lakehill Prep Warriors and fell 78-30. The Angels were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 46-11.

Lakehill Prep's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Drew Perry, who went 7 for 14 on his way to 20 points. Perry's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Preston Corder, who went 5 of 11 en route to 10 points in addition to five assists and five steals.

Burton Adventist Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Lakehill Prep, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-6.
