Cabrillo won the last time they faced Lompoc and things went their way on Thursday too. The Conquistadores blew past the Braves 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Conquistadores.

Cabrillo's got stronger as the match went on, holding Lompoc to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-21, 25-13.

Kaiya Brown paced Cabrillo's offense, picking up nine kills. Brown got some help from Jazlene Brady and her 18 assists. Preslee Lamar controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Cabrillo's victory bumped their record up to 19-16-1. As for Lompoc, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-17 record this season.
