Basketball Recap: Eastmont Falls Despite Big Games from Daniel Snyder and Tyse Lewallen

Eastmont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Moses Lake Mavericks, falling 81-55. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Mavericks this season, with their most recent loss being a 78-73 defeat last Friday.

Despite the loss, Eastmont had strong showings from Tyse Lewallen, who went 6-for-12 on his way to 17 points, and Daniel Snyder, who went 5-for-10 to rack up 13 points. Lewallen's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cooper West, who posted five points.

Eastmont's record is now 5-17. As for Moses Lake, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-9 record this season.

Eastmont does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Moses Lake, they will take on Eisenhower at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Moses Lake's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last ten matches.
