Volleyball Recap: Charlotte Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Charlotte came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Center Point Pirates. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-18, 25-11.

Charlotte has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Center Point, they pushed their record up to 16-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Charlotte and Center Point will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Trojans will take on rival La Pryor at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Center Point is set to challenge their familiar foe Junction at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
