Baseball Recap: Nestucca Takes a Loss

The Nestucca Bobcats came up short against the Brookings-Harbor Bruins on Friday, falling 16-3. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Nestucca saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Owen Love, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Nestucca now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Brookings-Harbor, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Looking ahead, Nestucca will take on Kennedy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Trojans will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Bobcats surely won't give up without a fight. Brookings-Harbor has already played their next match (against Waldport), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
