There's no place like home for Indianapolis Shortridge, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They claimed a resounding 52-7 victory over the Bethesda Christian Patriots. The Blue Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 28 points or more this season.

Indianapolis Shortridge's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was KaMariona Garrett, who went 5 for 9 on her way to 11 points in addition to five boards and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jocelyn Eskew, who posted six points and four steals.

Indianapolis Shortridge smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in seven consecutive games.

Indianapolis Shortridge's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Bethesda Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Indianapolis Shortridge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 47-44 win against Lebanon on the 17th. As for Bethesda Christian, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Indiana School for the Deaf at 6:00 p.m. on January 9, 2025.
