The West Middlesex Big Reds will challenge the Rocky Grove Orioles at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. West Middlesex is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.9 runs per game this season.

Saegertown hit Rocky Grove with a four-run second inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Orioles fell 10-6 to the Panthers. The loss continues a trend for the Orioles in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost seven in a row.

Rocky Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for West Middlesex, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-6 record this season.

Monday's game will be a test for both teams' pitchers. West Middlesex hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .313. However, it's not like Rocky Grove struggles in that department as they've averaged .316. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
