Basketball Recap: Waterford-Halfmoon Comes Up Short

Waterford-Halfmoon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Bulldogs and fell 58-20. While losing is never fun, the Fordians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 658th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 209th).

Waterford-Halfmoon's loss dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Berne-Knox-Westerlo, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Waterford-Halfmoon nor Berne-Knox-Westerlo have any future games scheduled.
