Baseball Game Preview: Eisenhower Eagles vs. Colton Yellowjackets

For the second straight game, Eisenhower will face off against Colton. The Eagles will head out to square off against the Yellowjackets at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.

On Wednesday, Eisenhower came up short against Colton and fell 4-1. The Eagles have struggled against the Yellowjackets recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Denzel Sahagun spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on ten hits and racked up ten Ks. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 11 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Eisenhower saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joshua Aguilar, who went 1-for-4 with one run and one double.

Colton's win bumped their record up to 10-13. As for Eisenhower, their loss dropped their record down to 10-12.
