Basketball Game Preview: Living Word Lutheran Timberwolves vs. Brookfield Academy Blue Knights

The Living Word Lutheran Timberwolves are taking a road trip to challenge the Brookfield Academy Blue Knights at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Living Word Lutheran sitting on four straight victories and Brookfield Academy on 12.

Meanwhile, Brookfield Academy took their contest on Wednesday with ease, bagging an 83-52 win over Catholic Central. The Blue Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 20 points or more this season.

Brookfield Academy's victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.6 points per game. As for Living Word Lutheran, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.
