Volleyball Game Preview: Pine Crest Panthers vs. Calvary Christian Academy Eagles

After both having extra time off, the Pine Crest Panthers and the Calvary Christian Academy Eagles will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Pine Crest is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Cardinal Gibbons just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Chiefs, falling 3-0. The match marked the first time this season in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-12, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Calvary Christian Academy lost 3-0 to Mater Lakes Academy two weeks ago. The Eagles have struggled against the Bears recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

Calvary Christian Academy now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Pine Crest, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4.
