Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Pana). They walked away with a 6-2 win over the Sullivan Redskins on Wednesday. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Micah Meadows and Dane Epley did most of the damage at the plate: Meadows scored a run while going 1-for-2, while Epley scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. That hit marked the first that Meadows got this season.

Pana's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Sullivan, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pana will head out to challenge Newton at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Sullivan, they will face off against Robinson at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Robinson will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Sullivan surely won't give up without a fight.
